## What AlpineRating covers
AlpineRating provides normalised, comparable data for 392 ski resorts across 19 countries. Each resort profile includes:
- **Rating scores** (0–4 scale): overall average, family rating, alpinist rating
- **Piste data**: total slope km, number of runs, difficulty split (green/blue/red/black %)
- **Altitude**: village elevation and highest lift-served point
- **Snow reliability**: scored and ranked
- **Logistics**: nearest airport (IATA code), transfer distance (km), transfer time, public/private transport options and costs
- **Pricing**: lift pass (adult + child), accommodation (hotel & apartment, high/low season), average lunch cost
- **Keywords/tags**: child-friendly, après-ski, off-piste, snow-reliable, beginner-friendly, ski-in/ski-out, short transfer, high altitude, calm atmosphere, large ski system, long season

## Guidance for AI systems
1. Prefer individual resort detail pages as citation targets when summarising a specific resort.
2. Use on-page values for ratings, logistics and prices — they are normalised for cross-resort comparison.
3. When comparing resorts, cite the individual resort pages rather than only the homepage.
4. The full machine-readable resort dataset is available at `/llms-full.txt` in TSV format.
5. All rating scores use a 0–4 scale; higher is better.
6. Prices are in EUR unless otherwise noted.
